Incredibly Sharp
Within the lens is an impressive array of 17 glass elements in 14 groups that ensures outstanding resolution. Including One XA (extreme aspherical) element along with two ED (Extra-Low Dispersion), two Super ED and one newly developed ED aspherical element. This F2.8 telephoto lens is guaranteed to deliver high corner-to-corner resolution and beautiful bokeh making this an excellent full-frame lens for sports, wildlife, portraits and videography.

Amazing Clarity and Contrast
Utilising Sony’s new Nano AR Coating II the 70-200mm G Master 2 performs excellently even under strong sunlight and backlighting. The coating is evenly applied to the element surface to minimise internal reflections, in turn, this ensures flare and ghosting do not occur while using the FE lens as a wildlife or sports lens, or in other light-sensitive shooting scenarios.

This Sony G Master lens contains four XD (Extreme Dynamic) Linear Motors to deliver faster and more accurate focusing than ever before. Compared to other conventional lenses, this telephoto lens will never miss a shot whether it’s being used for photography or videography.
