Delivery
When will I receive my order?
We aim to despatch all orders placed with us by 4pm on the same day on the delivery service you've selected at checkout. All orders placed with us after 4pm will be despatched on the following next working day. If we're awaiting stock of the item you've ordered then as soon as stock arrives with us from our suppliers, we will ensure your order is despatched on a Next Working Day delivery service.
We despatch all orders where stock is available during Mon-Fri, at which point you shall receive an email confirmation advising that your order has been despatched together with the tracking information.
If the item is out of stock and there is an extended wait by the supplier then we will contact you to advise. You are welcome to exchange your item for an alternative product or request your order be cancelled and refunded.
Where stock is supplied from our remote warehouse, despatch and delivery times will vary. We display where stock will be despatch from on our product pages and at checkout so you can plan accordingly.
Should there be an instance where you require your delivery urgently please contact us by phone (01242 339 285) and we will do our upmost to accomodate your delivery requirements.
How much does delivery cost?
The following pricing applies to UK mainland (England, Wales & Scotland) only. We can deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands so, please enter your postcode at checkout to view the delivery options available for your area and pricing.

Where can I have my order delivered?
When placing an order through our website, there are some restrictions on where you can have your goods delivered which, depends on your payment method.
- For all Credit/Debit card transactions, we can deliver to your billing address or your place of work.
- For PayPal transactions we can deliver to your authorised and "Confirmed" address registered within your Paypal account.
- For Finance transaction we can deliver to your address on your finance application address only.
We understand that our standard delivery terms may not always suit your needs. However, we are happy to assist with processing your order for delivery to your preferred address. I live outside the UK! Can I still place an order with you?
Of course! However, we are unable to process international orders through our website currently as the shipping costs are calculated for UK delivery only. Simply contact us using our International Orders page and we will reply to you with full shipping costs.We can accept payments using Bank Transfer, IBAN, BIC/Swift, Paypal, and Credit or Debit Card.
What courier do you use?
Our main courier for UK deliveries is DPD. Your parcel is fully trackable and insured to ensure your items arrive with you safely. The "Leave in Safe-place" option has been removed so, all deliveries require someone present to receive your parcel. If no one is present, then the driver will return to the depot with your parcel and reattempt the following working day. Alternatively, you will have the option to leave with a nominated neighbour if you're not going to be in (does not include orders paid with finance).
Where your order is being supplied from our remote warehouse, your order may arrive with UPS, Parcelforce, Royal Mail or DPD. You will receive tracking information once despatched and a confirmation who the carrier will be. We display where stock will come from on our product pages and within the checkout so, you can plan accordingly.
For our international orders, we use DHL Express and you can track your order as it makes it journey to you.
Can I redirect my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been despatched via DPD. DPD will contact you to advise on a delivery time, if that isn’t suitable you can re-arrange a suitable time with them.
What happens if I refuse delivery?
If you have refused the delivery, a charge of £7 can be levied to cover the cost charged by our couriers to return goods to us.
My order has been despatched but I have not received my parcel. What should I do?
On the rare occasions where you've not received your delivery, then please refer to your tracking information to view the latest information from the courier. The driver may have attempted delivery but no one was available so, they will either attempt delivery the following day or your parcel is being held and require further information from you.
If the tracking information is stating it has been delivered, then please contact us as soon as possible on 01242 339 285 to raise a disputed delivery. In the first instance, we will ask you to check with your surrounding neighbours, side gates and any accessible wheelie bins just in case the driver has delivered your parcel in there. If your parcel has not been located then you must contact us to report a disputed delivery within 14 days from the date of despatch. Any disputed delivery reported outside of 14 days will be rejected and we will be unable to open an investigation. We will ask the courier to raise a delivery investigation immediately which can take 3-5 working days to complete. Please note that we are unable to issue a replacement, exchange or a refund until the courier has completed their investigation. Once this investigation has been completed and your parcel has been determined as lost then we will issue a replacement, exchange or refund.
We do everything we can to ensure delivery is made to you safely and efficiently and we're pleased to say reports of lost parcels are very rare. We treat all reports of loss seriously and we endeavour to keep customers updated regularly during any delivery investigation.
Can I track my order once it has been despatched?
