The Sony a1 II comes equipped with a 50.1 MP Exmor RS stacked sensor and BIONZ XR processor to ensure outstanding image quality, accurate colours and low noise even when shooting at mid to high ISOs. This is further enhanced by the upgraded 8.5-stop in-body stabilisation that allows you to capture razor-sharp images even at lower shutter speeds. The camera also features 2 new Composite RAW features that give you the ability to capture images at up to 200 MP resolution or reduce noise for cleaner images.

The a1 II is capable of capturing high-res images at up to 30fps with blackout-free shooting and full AF/AE tracking. The camera can accurately track subjects such as animals, birds, and cars, even at a distance thanks to Sony’s best-in-class real-time autofocus and AI chip which works for both photo and video modes. You can be assured to always get the shot you are looking for due to the new Pre-Capture and Continuous Speed Boosting features that allow you to capture the perfect frame in RAW or JPEG.

The a1 II is a must for professional videographers due to its ability to capture stunning video. It is possible to capture 8K footage at up to 30p or 4K at up to 120p with a professional 4:2:2 10-bit codec. You can produce a cinematic look with S-CINETONE, create your own LUTs with the in-camera LUT import feature or record in S-LOG 3 for even greater options in post-production. The camera also features Dynamic Active and Breathing Compensation* for enhanced stability and cinematic transitions.
