Weighing in at just 695g, the internal zoom lens is a whopping 22% lighter than its predecessor. Designed with 20 elements in 15 groups, the lens is easy to handle and carry whilst still being able to produce incredibly high image quality.

The lens features a fast and precise AF. The 4x XD (Extreme Dynamic) Linear Motors allow for super-fast and accurate focusing even at up to 30fps, making the lens ideal for sport, action and wildlife photography. Fantastic for fast-action sports, the lens is capable of locking onto your subject even whilst zooming.
Video Superiority
The lens features a versatile control for filmmakers and content creators. The AF tracking is incredibly quick and accurate even when shooting 4K in 120p slow motion.
