The Pulsar Telos XL50 is a fully upgradable device from Pulsar, this thermal imaging device has been designed to be long-lasting and technologically upgradable, with components being able to be swapped out and changed such as a more sensitive thermal sensor or objective lens. The latest addition in the Pulsar Thermal Imaging Monocular series, this device features a large format 1024x768, 12 µm, <40 mK NETD HD thermal sensor with a 2.5-20x magnification and up to 2300m detection range.

Equipped with a highly sensitive 1024×768, 12 µm, <40 mK NETD Lynred HD thermal sensor, the Telos XL50 delivers stunning thermal imagery and exceptional detail across its 2.5-20x magnification. The large HD sensor and powerful 50mm f1.0 germanium lens enable unprecedented thermal detection, revealing small heat signatures up to 2300m in any weather, including heavy rain, dense fog, snow, and high humidity.
Advanced Imaged Boost Technology
Pulsar’s Image Boost technology ensures the Telos XL50 delivers top-notch detail, clarity, and contrast. Advanced algorithms render complex scenes with low-contrast objects like the sky, grass, and water in a wide range of halftones. These algorithms enhance detail and sharpen objects at varying distances for exceptional thermal informativity.
Manually increasing the sensor sensitivity improves detection in poor conditions, while a smoothing filter with adjustable brightness and contrast allows for extended observation without user fatigue.

The Telos XL50 prioritizes ergonomics with a convenient top panel button layout, a rotatable hand strap for both left- and right-handed users, and traditional-style focusing and magnification rings on the objective lens for smooth and effortless operation.

Eight Colour Palettes
The Telos XL50 offers 8 colour palettes for optimized observation: White Hot, Black Hot, and Red Hot for detection; Rainbow and Ultramarine for recognition and identification; and Red Monochrome, Sepia, and Violet for extended night use.
Performance & Durability
The Telos XL50 features a durable, rubber-coated polymer case for resistance to wear and harsh weather. It ensures a secure grip in both dry and wet conditions and is easy to clean, maintaining its original appearance over time.
The Telos XL50's IPX7 rating ensures water resistance, allowing it to operate after submersion in 1m of water for up to 30 minutes. It performs reliably in extreme temperatures from -25°C to +40°C, protecting its housing, power unit, optics, and electronics.
Built-in Still Image & Video Recorder
The Telos XL50's built-in still image and video recording capabilities capture memorable moments during observations. Its ample internal memory stores hours of video and tens of thousands of photos. With a single touch, you can capture images or start recording video.
Stream Vision 2
Connect the device to Stream Vision 2 using an Android or iOS smartphone or tablet to access various connectivity features:
