DJI RS 3 Gimbal - Open Box
The RS 3 is the latest gimbal from DJI and has been designed for cameras weighing up to 3kg/6.6lb. It is easy to set up and weighs a mere 1.3 kg/2.8 lbs, making it easy to hold with one hand. The RS 3 is ready when you are.
This is an open box item but is in full working order, as new, and comes with a 12-month warranty.
Design and Build
The DJI RS 3 weighs in at a mere 1.3 kg/2.8 lbs*, while being able to support cameras up to 3kg/6.6lb. The RS 3 features dual-layered quick-release plates for stable camera mounting, and a fine-tuning knob that allows you to adjust the balance of the camera with ease.

Automated Axis Locks
The Rs 3 is easy to set up. You can switch the gimbal on and off by simply pressing and holding the power button and you can enter Sleep Mode by pressing the power button once so that the axes automatically lock.
Wireless Shutter Control
The RS 3 features Dual-Mode Bluetooth technology for efficient and reliable wireless shutter control.* Once you have paired the camera and gimbal via Bluetooth you can control video and photo shooting by simply pressing the record button on the RS 3. The camera and RS 3 Pro will reconnect automatically the next time you use them so you don’t have to set them up every time.

SuperSmooth Results Every Time
The Rs 3 uses the third generation of RS stabilisation algorithms which delivers a 20% increase in stability over the RSC 2. This allows you to achieve even greater results when shooting low-angle shots, running scenarios, or switching between high and low positions.
The stabiliser also features a SuperSmooth mode that increases motor torque to even further enhance stabilisation.
Built-in 1.8-inch OLED Full-colour Touchscreen
The RS 3 Pro features a built-in 1.8-inch OLED full-colour touchscreen which is 80% larger than the RSC 2. This makes it even easier to set parameters, check shooting status, and framing.* The OLED screen is also brighter for better outdoor viewing and uses less power than the RS 2 version.

Instant Mode Switching
You can switch between Pan follow, Pan and Tilt follow, and FPV mode with ease thanks to the new Mode Switch. You can also customise the FPV mode to 3D Roll 360, Portrait, or Custom, so that you can adjust your equipment and get started fast.
New Focus Motor (sold separately)
The RS 3 features a next-generation DJI RS Focus Motor to produce torque 3x stronger (up to 1 N·m) and 50% less audible noise for smoother footage and cleaner audio recording. It can also be assembled easily as it adopts a quick-release structure and doesn’t require tools.
Please note that the Focus Motor is sold separately but does come as part of the RS 3 Combo kit.
Customizable Front Dial
You can control zoom or focus by rotating the front dial but it can also be customised to control the camera's shutter, aperture, ISO,* or gimbal movements, making it exceptionally convenient for single-handed operation.

12-Hour Operating Time + Fast Charging
Batteries can be swapped out easily thanks to the battery grips' new cartridge design and it can also be charged separately from the gimbal. The battery grip can provide up to 12 hours* of runtime and supports 18W PD fast charging so that it can be fully charged in just 2.5 hours.
*Measured with the equipment in a level and stationary state, the gimbal balanced, three axes in an active state, and the battery only powering the gimbal.
Integrated Monitoring and Control
You can adjust the exposure of the camera remotely with the Ronin app* as well as using the virtual joystick to give you more freedom.

Monitoring via Smartphone
The RS 3 can be paired with the Ronin Video Transmitter (sold separately) allowing you to transmit 1080p/30fps HD live feeds directly to a mobile device. The unit has a maximum transmission distance of 200 metres* with the end-to-end transmission latency being as low as 60 ms.* The transmitter also allows you to use your smartphone as a motion controller so that you can control the gimbal remotely.
*Tested in a closed environment in favourable conditions and an unobstructed wireless signal using the FCC and SRRC standard (max 100 m using the CE standard). Actual results may vary.
