For extra control the customisable lens control ring allows you to switch between different modes including manual focus and TV/AV/ISO. This allows you to control either your shutter speed (TV), aperture (AV) or ISO from your lens. As well as make quick adjustments to aspects such as exposure compensation, white balance and AF area selection.
