The Vortex Razor HD 27-60x85 Angled Spotting Scope is built for adventure as your perfect birding companion. A magnification range of 27-60x allows you to focus on the finer details of your subjects from a greater distance, while the wide 85mm objective lens works to let in plenty of light for producing a bright image, even in tougher weather conditions.
Angled body
Allowing an overall lower mounting height to maximise stability in wind and offering increased viewing comfort for extended sessions, this design is perfect for birding and wildlife observation. Additionally, the angle of view permits the use of a smaller tripod, ideal for travelling light.
Adjustable viewing
The 2.2-1.3 degree field of view range also lets you quickly locate the subjects of your viewing when scanning, or tracking birds in flight. Plus, the rotating eyecup gives you perfect eye relief with or without glasses and makes it easy to get a full edge-to-edge view when digiscoping.

Rugged design
The exterior lenses of this spotting scope are protected by a highly durable, scratch-resistant compound called ArmorTek. This compound repels oil, dirt, and the corrosive effects of fingerprints. The lenses are also fully multi-coated with premium XRPlus scratch-resistant coatings, which provide extremely high resolution and optimal light transmission.
The body of the spotting scope is made from a die-cast magnesium alloy and features rubber armouring, making it strong, durable, and lightweight. The increased depth of field allows for the use of the convenient helical/barrel focus system that is oversized, for smooth adjustment of the focus ring, even when wearing gloves.
