The Mountain Pass Tripod is a versatile and practical tripod that weighs approximately 1.4kg. It features a 2-way pan and tilt head, as well as 4-section legs that can be independently adjusted to 3 different angles. This allows for lower-level use or added stability on uneven terrain. Additionally, the centre column is detachable, which can assist with low-level photography. The Mountain Pass Tripod also comes with a leg strap and a carry bag for easy transportation and storage.
Durable construction
With a max load of 10kg this tripod is perfect for holding larger binoculars, spotting scopes and cameras. The Aluminium leg construction offers an excellent balance of weight and durability, while a counterweight hook is capable of holding extra weight on the bottom of the centre column for greater stability in windy conditions. Additionally, rubber feet provide solid footing on smoother surfaces.

The Arca-Swiss head mount assures compatibility with a wide range of mounting options, including all current Vortex HD spotting scopes. Featuring four leg sections for strength and compact size when folded, as well as 3-angle leg pivot locks and flip lever leg locks to position each leg individually at multiple heights and an easy, secure set-up.
A minimum height of 22.9cm and a maximum extended length of 142.2cm increase the tripod’s flexible number of viewing positions. Alongside the compact folded dimensions of 48.2cm (H) x 10.0cm (W), the Mountain Pass proves itself as an adaptable travel tripod.
