The StellaLyra 10" f/5 Dobsonian has been designed to meet Dobsonian's incredibly high standards, featuring a GSO aluminised parabolic primary mirror, easy-to-adjust collimation knobs, and three multicoated eyepieces. The StellaLyra 10" f/5 Dobsonian is an excellent choice for visual astronomy.
Minimum 93% Reflectivity
The StellaLyra 8” Dobsonian telescope is fitted with GSO Aluminised Parabolic Primary Mirrors offering a minimum of 93% reflectivity and a silicon dioxide protective overcoat, ensuring the surface remains bright for years of use.
Easy Collimation Adjustment
The primary mirror cell has been designed with collimation knobs to allow for easy collimation adjustment without tools.
Fast Cooling
The SellaLyra supports an integrated fan system, providing you with fast cooling, and letting you observe the universe for longer.
Precise Focusing
Featuring a CNC-machined 2” Crayford focuser with 1:10 dual-speed focus adjustment for smooth, precise focusing. The focuser includes a 2” to 1.25” adapter, perfect for using both 2” and 1.25” eyepieces and accessories.
Sturdy Dobsonian Base
The Dobsonian comes flat-packed and is easy to assemble, designed with a robust roller-bearing assembly between two metal plates. Enabling smooth, reliable azimuth adjustments. While the robust steel shaft and CNC-machined metal plates with large knurled tension adjustment knobs allow for altitude adjustment.
Precise Balance
The StellaLyra 10" f/5 Dobsonian has a convenient balance adjustment mechanism with an engraved scale that enables the telescope to be moved forward or backward for precise balance.
