Lightweight, compact and suitable for Full Frame Cameras?
Yes it is. Thanks to it innovative design, this 35mm lens weighs 280g (9.9oz) and is 65.6mm in diameter by 73mm in length. Because of it's size and weight, it makes it a very mobile and convenient lens to be using. Yes this lens made be made and designed for full frame users, but APS-C users will be able to use this lens with just as much ease. Just be aware that you will, in effect, be using a 52.5mm focal length lens, due to crop facturing.
Achieve corner to corner resolution at the widest of apertures
An aspherical element is strategically implemented in this lens’s advanced design to suppress optical aberration and achieve high resolution right out to the image periphery. Smooth bokeh is also available when needed, supported by a 9-blade circular aperture that contributes to natural looking highlights. 0.22m (0.73ft.) minimum focus distance and 0.24x maximum magnification make this lens useful for closeups too.
