Rotolight AEOS 2 PRO
Rotolight have designed the AEOS 2 PRO to allow for an enhanced photography experience. Sharing many design features seen within the AEOS 2, this light system now features a universal flash slave mode. Enabling you to use a slave flash with any Rotolight system* wirelessly with no additional hardware required.
Please note – the AEOS 2 PRO is mains-power supplied, separate batteries are not included.
Multiple colours, Digital filters and Cine FX Special Effects
The AEOS 2 PRO system has access to 16.7 million colours and 2,500 digital filters along with a suit of cutting-edge Cine FX special effects. The extensive range of light options makes this the ideal lighting system for any photographer or filmmaker. Save and recall your settings along with a number of inbuilt presets to achieve the exact lighting experience you want at any time.
True Aperture Dimming
Create the ideal light for your studio setting thanks to the new true aperture dimming feature, which calculates and displays the light output as an f-stop for a subject at a given distance, ISO and shutter speed. This information allows you to set your lights accurately without the need for a light meter.
High-Speed RGB Flash
The AEOS 2 PRO combines continuous lighting with high-speed sync RGB flash, allowing you to freeze action with this powerful lighting system. Enjoy up to 100,000 full-power flashes on a single battery such as the Rotolight Anova Pro V-Lock 95wH battery (sold separately), with zero recycle time.
Intuitive controls
Designed with a full-colour touchscreen for easier intuitive navigation and controls. Recall and change your settings in moments, providing you with a more efficient workflow.
Wireless Control
The AEOS 2 PRO can be controlled simply through the new Rotolight app, available on iOS and Android. Letting you switch between different lighting modes, adjust colour, power, flash settings and much more. The app enables you to create custom groups for up to 20 lights simultaneously.

Which Rotolight systems can be used with the Universal Flash Slave Mode?
This mode supports Rotolight systems bought since 2017, including NEO2, NEO3, AEOS 1, AEOS 2, Anova PRO and Titan.
Are Batteries included?
A main power cable powers the AEOS 2 PRO. But an additional battery like the Rotolight Anova Pro V-Lock 95wH battery can be used for cable-free use. The battery comes included with the Rotolight AEOS 2 PRO Image Maker Kit and Rotolight AEOS 2 PRO Traveller Kit.
What’s the difference between the AEOS 2 PRO, Image Maker Kit and the Traveller Kit?
The standard AEOS2 PRO can be connected to a mains power supply and does not come with a battery. However, both the Image Maker Kit and the Traveller Kit come with detachable batteries for more portable use. The Traveller Kit also comes with 2 AEOS 2 PRO lights while the Image Maker Kit only has one AEOS 2 PRO lighting system.
