Rode VideoMicro II
Capable of recording high-quality audio with a camera or mobile, the Rode VideoMicro II uses annular line tube technology for recording highly transparent and directional sound. Needing no batteries, this on-camera shotgun microphone is ultra-compact and lightweight. The ideal accessory for content creation and filmmaking applications.
Full-bodied sound
With a supercardioid polar pattern for highly directional audio capture, you can direct the VideoMicro II at your desired audio focus point for enhanced sensitivity, reducing background noise and disturbances. This is possible due to RØDE’s annular line tube technology which captures audio that is transparent, natural, and full-bodied.
Protection from audio disruption
The Helix isolation shock mount system is built from a single piece of Hytrel thermoplastic and designed to reduce the impact of knocks, bumps and general handling on the audio recorded. Included with the VideoMicro II are deluxe foam and furry windshields to provide insulation from wind noise so you can record in more challenging environments.
Ultra-compact design
This shotgun microphone has a lightweight build at only 39g and a compact design, ideal for use with DSLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, action cameras, and smartphones. Its portable, yet durable construction makes it great for travel, easily fitting in your camera bag or backpack.
