Multiple Shooting Modes
The Mantispod Pro has seven shooting modes to adapt to your unique view of life.
Elevated Tripod Mode – A traditional desktop tripod, this mode is perfect for interviews, selfies or live-streaming.
Lowered View Mode – The tripod legs flatten, lowering the camera to the ground for a unique perspective.
Extended Mode – Create a natural portrait composition by unfolding one of the tripod legs to 140° and mounting the camera to the end of the leg for a wider shot.
Handheld Mode – Bring the tripod legs together for a comfortable handheld monopod.
Mantis Mode – Hang the tripod from any surface to capture any height, any angle, anywhere.
Mobile Vlogging Mode – No camera? No problem! With the built-in mini phone holder, insert your smartphone and start streaming.
Vertical Shooting Mode – Switch swiftly from horizontal to vertical shooting. Great for TikToks and live streams. Only available in the Matispod Pro.
Mantis Hook
Use the innovative Mantis Hook to capture any angle. The hook unfolds from the tripod leg to provide a sturdy purchase on any surface less than 90mm thick so that no matter where you are you can create angles as if you are being trailed by a professional photographer. Ditch the cumbersome tripod, just pop this in your bag and any shot is possible.
Tripod to Handheld
This Mantispod Pro quickly switches from tripod mode to handheld mode with the push of a button. No need to change the camera angle or deal with twists and knobs. The legs have an ergonomic design and a rubber grip which is comfortable and easy to carry around.
Portrait to landscape
Switch from portrait to landscape mode with the 360° adapter mount. It’s also great for sweeping panoramas and transition shots.
Dovetail Cold Shoe Mount
The Dovetail cold shoe mount makes mounting the camera, changing camera positions and switching cameras quick and easy. Then once mounted, just twist the mount to secure it in place. The tripod features three cold shoe mounts: one in the traditional tripod position, one at the end of a tripod leg for extended mode shooting, and one mount on the side of the ball head base which is perfect for attaching accessories such as a light or microphone.
PGYTECH SnapLock System
PGYTECH’s patented SnapLock System lets you instantly mount a SnapLock Plate in one easy step. Using a tight-fitting screw that contains a thrust needle roller bearing the SnapLock Plate does not require the same inconvenient twist of most Arca-Swiss compatible designs. The tight-fitting screw effectively reduces the friction of the rotating surface so that the camera does not move once mounted and the plate does not twist loose. It is the faster, more secure and more convenient way of mounting a camera.
Lightweight yet Sturdy
The Mantispod Pro is made out of lightweight yet sturdy magnesium which makes this vlogging tripod extremely durable and weighs two thirds lighter than aluminium alloy tripods.
