Intuitive Modular Design
The Kondor Blur Canon C70 cage has been designed in modular construction to allow you to make use of each of the plates individually or as a combined unit, The spacing between the plates has been purposefully created to allow access to all of the features and dials of the Canon C70 body.
Aluminium, light-weight solid materials
The C70 cage has been manufactured using strong light-weight aluminium to provide an overall strong protective case without adding any unnecessary additional weight to the sturdy Canon C70. The bottom plate is reinforced down the middle of the plate with steel reinforced threads.
The top plate features
The Top plate has lots of mounting points but has been designed to allow for full access to all the dials and buttons you need on your Canon C70 camera. Several connecting points can be found on the top plate, along with dual cold shoe mounts. The Top plate has been created to fit perfectly onto the body of the Canon C70.
Dual NATO Rails integrated into the top plate
Dual NATO rails can be found on the top plate, use the centre NATO rail to attach the C70 handle down the middle row of the 1/ 4” 20 for a stable hold. Alternatively use the front NATO rail to attach the Kondor Top Handel (sold separately). The front rail has anti-slip features to protect your camera from any mishaps and stop the top handle from slipping off.
Magnetic Hex tool
Both the top and bottom plate come with a magnetic hex tool, that can slip into the plate for use when adjusting or tightening up your C70 cage
Carefully constructed base plate
The bottom plate has once again been constructed to fit perfectly on the C70 body. Two 1/ 4 20 connecting points on the side of the bottom plate allow you to enjoy some of the features of a complete wrap-around cage without compromising on accessibility or functionality that a more bulky camera cage might cause you to lose.
Featuring an HDMI protector
The bottom plate has an HDMI protector, allowing you to protect your HDMI cable against being damaged while connected to the camera.
Side Plate features
The side plate has all the mounting points you could think of needing in a compact design. Built with a handy anti-slip feature that slides into the C70 grip, allowing you to safely connect the side panel to the C70 with one mounting bolt using a 1/ 4 “ 20 screw.
