Hoya has developed their range of Fusion Antistatic Next polarising filters. Possessing all the benefits of their Fusion one next filters with the additional antistatic coating. Extreme care and precision have been taken into consideration when developing these polarising filters.
Repel dust
The addition of the antistatic coating helps the filter to repel dust. These filters, therefore, require less frequent cleaning and maintenance when compared to other traditional polarising filters. Making these perfect for use in dusty environments.
Select which light rays enter your camera lens
Use this Circular Polarising (CIR-PL) filter to select which light rays enter your camera lens. This allows you to remove unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water.
Clear and more saturated colours
Making use of a polarising filter enables you to produce images with increased contrast and saturation in elements such as blue skies and white clouds. This increased saturation makes an image appear clearer with better contrast.
Hand-selected silicates
These Antistatic Next polarising filters have been constructed using hand-selected silicate. The silicate is then carefully smelted and blended to produce high-performance optical glass.
18-layer super multi-coating formula
A specially designed improved 18-layer super multi-coating formula is added to these filters. Reducing and eliminating reflections on the surface of the glass. This allows for an ultra-clear high transmission rate.
Little to no image distortion
The high transmission rate allows the filter to have very little effect on the colour balance or contrast of the final image.
One-piece aluminium frame
The Hoya Fusion Antistatic Next polarising filter is set in a one-piece, low profile aluminium frame. Allowing for lightweight construction and perfect parallel alignment to the sensor plane, maximising sharpness.
Eliminate Vignetting
The low profile frame design assisted to eliminated vignetting when used with ultra-wide-angle lenses.
Stain and water-resistant
Completed with a stain-resistant and water-repellent coating to protect against fingerprints and smudges.

What does a polariser filter do?
A polarizing filter will filter out glare caused by light reflecting off horizontal surfaces (polarised light) but still allows plenty of light through. Therefore reducing the number of reflections.

Yes. Because of the front filter thread, you can stack this filter with others like a Hoya Fusion Antistatic Next UV filter.
