Improved ISO
The Fujifilm GFX 100 II has been designed with an ISO 80 standard sensitivity and 100 ISO when filming the highspeed GFX 102MP CMOS II HS sensor produces readout speeds that are two times faster than the GFX 100S and lets you capture high-quality 16-bit images and footage up to 30% more high dynamic range and lower noise even in bright sunny conditions. It is ideal for landscape photographers who find themselves exposed to minimal shading.
Improved AF Tracking
Subject detection AF has been improved thanks to the X-Processor 5, using advanced AF tracing and detection combined with deep learning AI technology. Allows the GFX 100 II to keep up with not only human faces and eyes but also animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, aeroplanes and trains. Along with an updated AF precision algorithm, ensuring this lens delivers reliable performance in high-speed motion tracking situations.
High-Speed Burst Photography
High-speed burst photography has been an area where large format cameras have struggled in the past. The improved processing speed, an increased buffer memory and image sensor have now allowed the GFX 100 II to have an 8fps high-speed burst rate. The mechanical shutter freezes the peak of any sporting action, while the minimized delay between frames decreases viewfinder blackout times, letting you operate seamlessly in high-speed situations.
Boost Mode
Boost mode supercharges the display frame rate to approximately 120fps when activated, ideal for keeping up with fast-moving subjects.
Blackout-Free-Burst Operation
The GFX 100 II has a 5.3fps blackout-free burst with an uninterrupted view of ultra-fast subjects when using the electronic shutter. In 35mm format mode it offers blackout-free 8.7fps and 5.8fps burst.
Professional Image Quality
Designed for improved light coverage at the corners of the sensor thanks to redesigned microlenses. This delivers better image quality and increased AF accuracy at the periphery of the lens.
Supports HEIF Image Format
Enjoy higher image quality with HEIF format, a 10-bit image file with over a billion colours which uses 30% less space than a standard JPEG File Format.
Pixel Shift Multi-Shot
The GFX 100 II can produce a detail-rich file with almost no false colours visible. This is accomplished by using in-body image stabilisation to precisely shift the sensor by half a pixel between each frame. This pixel shift multi-shot takes 20 frames in which every red, green and blue pixel has the same information.
In-Body Stabilisation
The GFX 100 Mark II has 8.0 stops of in-body stabilisation, brilliant for taking perfectly steady shots even without a tripod set-up. This provides you with the freedom to go wherever you want without having to bring along heavy tripod equipment.
Supports IPTC Tagging
The Fujifilm GFX 100 II is the perfect camera for professional photographers, allowing you to use IPTC tags on your images, a universally accepted tagging system for photographers, distributors, news organisations and more. Ideal for producing professional-quality images for editorial use.
Record Video Like A Pro
Fujifilm has enhanced the GFX 100 II to enable it to keep up with the world of professional videographers, An improved X Processor 5 allows you to capture footage at 4:2:2 10bit, in 4k/60p, 8k/30p and FHD/120p resolution. A base ISO 100 in film mode can also now be used as the standard movie sensitivity for the highest-quality footage. Record in Pro Res recording or F-log2 format, for high dynamic range or 14+ stops and post-production colour grading.
Multiple Cine Recording Formats
The GFX 100 II supports several cine recording formats including Premista, 35mm and anamorphic (35mm). Pair your GFX 100 II with a GF to PL adapter, to allow cinematographers to make use of Fujinon’s collection of Premista and Cabrio Zoom Lenses with the GFX100 II’s massive imaging sensor.

Camera systems overheating can be a detriment to recording video footage for extended periods of time. The GFX 100 II combats this thanks to its better heat dispersion design and optional fan accessory. Enabling you to enjoy up to 90 minutes of 4K or 80 minutes of 8K recording. This camera can keep up with the high demands of filming and high-performance continuous shooting.
Redesigned EVF
The GFX 100 II has been designed with a new and improved EVF 9.44m dot system and 1.0x magnification, allowing you to view a far more detailed and accurate image while shooting. The EVF system can also tilt to allow for more comfortable shooting at difficult angles. Adaptable programming enables the EVF system to adapt its display based on the camera's performance mode.
New Film Sims
Fujifilm is renowned for its film simulations, and the high-quality reproduction of film style makes Fujifilm very popular amongst film photographers. Fujifilm has added to its film sims with the new REALA ACE Film Sim this 20th film simulation combines faithful colour reproduction with hard tonality.
RAW Output Via HDMI
Pair the GFX 100 II with an ATOMOS HDMI device to record Raw video as a 12-bit Apple ProRes RAW at resolutions up to 8k and frame rates up to 29.97fps. You can also record Blackmagic RAW at 8k resolution and u to 29.97fps.
Recording To External SSD Via USB
Record photos and video directly to an external SSD in all modes and formats via a USB Type-C cable.
