76,800 Ranging Points
The DJI Focus Pro LiDAR works as a focus assistant that can cast up to 76,800 focus points in any given environment. This makes it especially useful when used in low-light situations. The updated AI algorithm allows for more reliable recognition of human subjects and vehicles even if the subject is momentarily obscured.
Up to a 20 Metre Range
The DJI Focus Pro LiDAR can produce a LiDAR human-subject focus distance of up to 20 metres which is three times that of the previous version.
Super Wide 70º Field of View
A built-in camera heads the technology within the LiDAR. With an equivalent focal length of 30mm and a Wide Field of View of 70º, the camera can handle the focusing needs of most shooting scenarios.
AF Modes
The DJI Focus Pro LiDAR features some impressive AF modes to aid with your video capture. You can focus between various subjects with AF Subject Switching as well as adjust auto-focus speed across five levels depending on the sensitivity you need.
There are also two focus area modes available. Wide Mode automatically detects human subjects and vehicles whereas Flex Spot Mode gives the user the freedom to manually select any object to focus on.
Works with Manual Lenses
You can pair the DJI Focus Pro LiDAR with the DJI Focus Pro Motor to enable autofocus on manual lenses. The feature requires a brief lens calibration, after which the Range Finder is able to work with the manual focus on the lens for extremely precise focusing. The Range Finder can store multiple lens calibrations at once for an easy interchangeable setup.
