The Cast is simple and easy to use for beginners and professionals alike.
This bundle contains the Ninja V unit, AtomX CAST, EVA style hard case, Neoprene Sleeve Case, Master Caddy II drive caddy, DC looking connector, AtomX SSD mini handle and a USB-C Cable.
Easy Switching
The Atom X Cast gives you the flexibility to switch between sources during broadcast with ease via the touchscreen or physical buttons. The Cast features illuminated buttons for each input and coloured LED lighting for Program and Preview status so that you can operate in low-light environments.
HD Ready
You can connect mirrorless or DSLR cameras, video cameras, computers, consoles or even pre-recorded content via HDMI. There's no need to worry about synchronisation, as you can mix and match frame rates up to 60p, as well as interlaced and progressive HD sources automatically.
Seamless Integration
You can use the AtomX Cast as a high-quality webcam with the Ninja V or V+ docked in, via USB-C to your computer. This is perfect for apps such as Zoom, Teams and Skype and thanks to plug and play technology, the Cast works immediately without the need to install drivers. You can add up to 4 camera inputs to bring your presentation or meeting to the next level.
Integrated Monitor
Having an integrated monitor allows you to see the incoming signals as well as your program out, without having to connect an additional monitor. With the Ninja V/V+ docked into the AtomX CAST you can utilise its high quality 5” touchscreen for setup and the monitor-assist tools for exposure, focus and image analysis for optimising your shots. Then switch to multiview to see all four inputs at once, complete with audio level monitoring.

The Atom X Cast allows you to use logos, mast head graphics and lower third titles so that you can make your broadcasts look as professional as possible.
Picture In Picture Function
You can use the Picture in Picture function to display two inputs at the same time as well as control the size and location of the overlayed image.
Fully Configurable
The AtomX Cast is compact, lightweight and versatile, giving you the option to work alone or with a team. You can transport it easily in a backpack and use it discreetly with a compact mirrorless camera for solo excursions. For larger setups, the Ninja V/V+ HDMI output can be used as a secondary output that can be set up as a duplicate program out, preview monitoring for the crew or talent, or to connect to a larger multiview display.
Advanced Workflow Ready
You can connect the AtomX Cast to a computer for more advanced video work. When doing this, the Cast does the heavy lifting, taking the load off your computer and reducing the likelihood of software crashes with dedicated external video processing. This can be done easily by adding the Cast as a media source in OBS, X-Split and VMix so that you can make use of the software application’s additional graphics and scene configuration while using the CAST for video input switching.

The AtomX Cast offers professional 10bit/4:2:2 inputs, for broadcast quality switching, as well as allowing you to record in codecs like Apple ProRes or Avid DNx.
