The 3 Legged Thing Charles 2.0 has been designed to be incredibly stable making it perfect for studio, landscape and astrophotography. It is quick and easy to set up and consists of 3-section legs and a single-section column.
It has been constructed from Aerospace grade Magnesium Alloy and boasts an impressive 18:1 load-to-weight ratio thanks to its 40kg / 88lb load capacity.
Modular and Versatile
The Charles 2.0 offers a modular and versatile design so that you can utilise many different configurations all from a single tripod. The tripod features 3 detachable legs which can be converted into a monopod or even a tabletop tripod.
The legs allow for three adjustable angles so that you can use them on uneven terrain and the centre column is removable/reversible allowing you to shoot from above, or right down at ground level.
The tripod can be extended to a maximum height of 1.94 m / 76.3 " and weighs a mere 2.4kg / 5.37 lb.
