Cokin NX Circular Polarising Filter
Cokin has produced their high-quality polarising filter for use within their NX-Series filters and filter holders. The glass on the filter has been manufactured with anti-reflection and anti-fingerprint coatings, allowing you to enjoy more consistent results while using this polarising filter. This filter itself is high-efficiency and absorbs only 1 f-stop of light. Ideal for use in landscape photography.
Proprietary aluminium mount
Cokin has designed their polarising filter with a proprietary aluminium mount, allowing for easy adjustment of the filter and its polarising effect. When installed in the NX-series filter holder, adjustments can be made by rotating the metal wheel at the side of the NX-series filter holder.
Why use a polarising filter?
Polarising filters can be used in photography and video production to remove unwanted reflections from a shot, this can be a useful feature for those photographing or filming around bodies of water letting them reduce the reflections seen in the water.
Schott B270 High-Resolution Mineral Glass
Cokin’s polarising filters are constructed with Schott B270 high-resolution mineral glass. Schott B270 glass is developed to produce a consistent performance thanks to its fire-polished surface and homogenous geometry.
Compatible with NX-Series 100mm filter holder
Filters can be used during a number of different situations to enhance a final image or be able to take incredible video footage. Crafted from premium aluminium, the NX-Series Filter holder has reduced overall weight with an increased maximal angle of view. The increased angle of view allows you to use ultra-wide-angle lenses without experiencing vignetting.
